These terms govern direct bookings made through cocoonbay.com with HOMEQUANT.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as agreed in writing with HOMEQUANT. The balance is due [X] days before arrival. Full terms will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by season and booking length. Specific terms will be included in your booking confirmation. We recommend travel insurance.

Minimum Stay

All reservations are subject to a minimum stay of 7 nights. Extended stays are available at monthly rates. Enquire directly for details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
